INTERVIEW Manolo Preciado (SPORTING COACH): INTERVIEW WITH TONI

"It is true that the way I like living and all, I realized at twenty or twenty years that I liked the world of coaching ".

Speaking of Manolo Preciado speak of is probably one of the most beloved coaches First Division. By his nature and his way of living, he says he realized he would like to coach. That and everything he knows in football, football fans will admire.
I admired as a coach and as a person transmitting tenderness and I thought it was a good person, without seeing him up close and have talked to him. But in the past three days, I've confirmed. As a coach, is one of the best without question. And as a person is a person "10", as he says but David Villa. Thanks
Manolo, because I have fulfilled a dream to interview and have confirmed how big you are.
In this interview we learn a little more to Manolo Preciado.

What age did you start playing football and live with such intensity?

I started like all children, from very tiny. After a professional level and started in my hometown team, Racing. I got to the first team with seventeen or eighteen years ago.

instilled Who do you love football?

Children played football almost exclusively. On the streets there was much free space on my land, Santander had a lot of room, lots of green, long grass. And all the children had somewhere to go to play. Well, that's what I decided, as the years go by, and if you have another skill. And move forward. Of course, I never thought I would play in the League professional.

When you were in full development of your career as a footballer. You thought you'd ever give you orders?

That's complicated. When you're playing does not think anything in coaching. But it is true that the way I like living and all, I realized at twenty or twenty years the world of coaching I liked it. And that's how I got hooked to give me orders.

certainly are one of their coaches in this league. What is your secret?

Well, none. I believe that the only intent is to form good working groups, with people who are very committed to the team. To me this is a collective game and when you get that, you get a lot. I do not believe in the individual topics, obviously there are other very good players who make a difference, but all that does not work then to get how important that is to have a good group, make a good living, that people go to train with joy, that values the collective merits ... And from there everything is easier.

you got up to several teams, including the Sporting. You have been confirmed as a promotions specialist. "You've got a challenge as a coach?

Well the truth is I've been very lucky, because I have risen five times. And five times are long. Always have challenges in life, but I'm not too selfish. As I have said many times, I am very happy to be able to train the team of my land, Racing twice in the first division. Now I'm on another computer great as in the Sporting, which I have been five seasons and I'm living super happy and pleasant moments. I have said many times that I would like to coach teams like Athletic Bilbao and go to England. I think those are the dreams that I have left a little unfulfilled.

Of all the teams you've been coaching, did you sense at all well to show your football?

Yes
coach always depends on the people next to him, his players basically. There are times when you can not play the way you want because the characteristics of team and the players are not ideal, but usually if I feel very performed on all computers that have been, because I've also participated in almost all in the preparation of templates and that then causes my job easier. Yes, the truth is that I have always been very good in that regard.

Having lived the experience of player and coach. What is easier to figure, the player or coach?

Well, easy is not any. But what is true that the player is grateful. I think there is no better life than a footballer. In every sense because when you develop a young, vital, you're always surrounded by people your age, you're doing what you love. Then the coach is different, more solitary one, the bad times, tough times are so shy ... What does the solitude of the coach becomes an absolute truth . You suffer a lot more as a coach than as a footballer, but also very grateful eh. I think I can take for privileged to have been able to train and do well right now in the elite of the English first division, which is a fantastic league.

few months ago, meets the challenge of meeting 200 games ahead of Sporting. Was it a special game for you?

No, not special. I honestly do not. Obviously when you're getting figures of this magnitude, the importance, for value on previous work. I value very much our years with Sporting in the second, when we went to first was a vital step not only for me as a coach, but for the club as a club. He went from being a very indebted to be a team in which all problems would end. Right now we have a fairly new field, the Molinón is arranged from top to bottom. 'Sickness' is a delight to train, we have many football fields. The day to day is very meaningful and that is what is truly important. The fact of having done a good seven games is fine, because it means that there is work done over five years. Be five years at the helm of a team is something available to very few people now. I'm glad it was me that he has touched.

After being in the first division and second. What is unique about each?

almost daily to work nothing. The methodology, how to work the same in the second than in first . What one difference is above environments. In the first division going to places like Bernabeu, Camp Nou and as Mestalla, like San Mames, fields that are impressive, with many people. And the media coverage that has any results, like this year when we won at the Bernabeu, as you can imagine, right? It gives everything a lot more important, but daily work is exactly the same. I devote myself, body and soul just to Sporting now than when coaching the youth of Racing. But the work is very similar.

're training next to a person who is considered one of the biggest clubs in this country, Quini. What does it mean to you to be at his side Sporting training?

Well
especially a luxury. I think it's a luxury to be with him as coach. Discuss Quini in Spain, but especially in Asturias, is too big. For me it's tremendous pride, also because I have lived very hard situations with him, as his illness. Well, it's a civilian as we say here in the north. Is a lower rate. Every day I learn about him, has a tremendous humanity, always has a smile for everyone and good is a person would not ever go soccer, you would come to more games.

Quini Talking, Are almost Villa and Quini up to?

will be. Will over time because we are talking about a person's '10 'as a whole, as a player and person. I have the luck to be your friend and I assure you that the 'Guaje' is an exceptional sort. He still probably very good year career, the numbers are doing in English football is brutal. He recently contributed decisively to make this country champion the world and is helping a lot to Barca now. I think we're talking about a player with a capital.

Finally, a tip for future players.

advice? Work, work, work and patience most of all, that in football there are always bad times. No one would work anywhere. Love the profession, think it's a very nice life but it is hard until it arrives. And nothing, especially this work, listen to the coaches, listen to the people you love and from there everything will be much easier.

Why Is My Period So Mucusy

PADILLA (REPORTER):

"It was significant that most students focus on my text and not that of a writer like Rodoreda."

Toni Padilla was born in Sabadell. He acknowledges that his dream was not to be a journalist until he began to be. He wanted to be a historian. Began at sixteen to comment games. We discover a little more him and also their views on various issues of the day in English football.
works in the newspaper "Ara " and works in other media like Radio Marca , RAC 1, Gol TV , Catalunya Radio and Vilaweb .

What Age you realized that in the future want to be a journalist?
wanted to be a historian, but had a passion for football. I realized I wanted to be a journalist until it was. It is a somewhat atypical case, I admit.

Where first started to offer your comments or your first paragraphs?
At 16, a friend, Carles Fité, recruited me to tell the parties of Sabadell club we were and we are partners. Looking for a madman, without charge, were allowed back in 7-hour trip by bus to comment on those games. And to be fond of Sabadell, accepted. Then it all started. I liked the radio, I liked that live on the edge and a few years after I left work in a local newspaper in Sabadell from that experience. From there I started to jump to other media and luck, which always helps, I crossed in life with good journalists who became friends. And it opened doors.

If you had to go back, would you change something that you've done to become a journalist? Or directly change about profession?
No, never. I love this locked too. And would not change anything. I like to look back and remember all the way I've lived since those trips rudimentary, in which we narrate hitchhiking stop parties, to attend World Cup final.

interview what you've done rangers best memory?
None in particular. Details of some. With Xavi Hernández can spend hours talking about football. A delicious coffee with Carlos Alberto Parreira in Copa America in Peru. Both Matthew, the South African defense, a very involved with his country. Or myths Italians, like Sandro Mazzola or Carletto Mazzone.

Who is for you a benchmark of journalism? I admire
energy and Ramon Besa pen. Jonathan Wilson galls.

What is the most special of journalism?
That makes me feel very alive.

What did it mean for you to collaborate with the project: "Heroes of Sport? Have you had a hard time writing the story? Of all those in the book, what is your favorite?
is the third time I worked with this great project that came up with great journalists - and better types "of the press in Barcelona. Is an honor to be invited and a honor to know that people support it deserves.

I do not know why. I guess it was good for me, but it was significant that most students focus on my text and not that of a writer like Rodoreda.

In the world of journalism, what challenge is left for you to meet?
find my site. Be happy. But feel that I'm close to heaven and find that personal project that I always fill. I feel close, but I'm always bitter. I'm a grumpy he's lucky but just complain. In terms of materials challenges, want to live a live African Nations Cup.

Do you feel like the great Ruben Uria, that the sports media is at its worst?
Yes Absolutely. Every time we cry more and we explain worse. More and more informed with the heart and stomach, and less head. And think with their pockets. And what's worse. The media fall into the hands of people who are not journalists.

If you had to highlight a player in football history, who would it be?
Maradona, I guess. For his miracles and his fall into hell. For his talent, his career, for his murals in Naples ... But I always kept a place to Paolo Maldini. I admired him so much ...

For you, what did Frank Rijkaard and Barca? Guardiola What now?
Rijkaard returned the illusion and showed a way that only Robson had played in the press conference: elegance and tranquility. Guardiola has taken the club further than ever and better than anyone else has fused the collective imagination of a club, its symbolic and irrational part, to a method of working 100% modern.

signing What is the biggest disappointment with which you have taken?
In my team, Sabadell ... too: a kid I was struck by the failure to sign a veteran Tommy Nkono. What a disappointment!

four classic Will affect the selection ? For you, who started the 'rifi-raphe'?
Del Bosque is a coach trained to handle the situation. Affect, but I will not be dramatic. Who started this? All. We created a circus and then we're surprised when things degenerate. We all have some blame, although it is true that I think lacked self Mourinho public. I'm sure part of his game studied and performed self-criticism, but in private.

Today, what they need to improve Madrid and Barcelona respectively?
Barca little, what I like about this team is improving as the players work together to create automations. Perhaps strengthening specific positions, to have spare parts, and another striker. The Madrid is reinforced well. Tap, versatility, more power with more bench. I would sign another central. Respecting Albiol and Garay, and seeing how it worked Pepe in midfield could be a good idea.

We
attracts a lot, has a lot of good things, but increasingly do more bad impression on him. 'Wars' between fans, stupid arguments between teams, arbitration probably nonexistent conspiracies, accusations of buying games between the teams, and so on, is the most imperfect perfect football?
No, what is the most imperfect perfect love that traps us and plunge us equally. Football as act as a party neighborhood, street, as an act of kicking a ball, children's play ... it is very pure. But football as a market, business is as imperfect as a profoundly unfair and disingenuous.

What would be the perfect metaphor to describe the current situation in English football?
The world today: the rich are getting richer, the poor getting poorer. And in the middle, projects based on imagination, romantic, nostalgic of the past, new products ...

Has already passed Iker Casillas Victor Valdes? Can we consider and Valdes as the best goalkeeper in the world?
The top two, no doubt. Valdés and is the best goalkeeper in the history of Barcelona and the perfect goalkeeper for this club. Casillas, the best White goalkeeper and ideal for this role. I dare not decide. I can not.

"Villarreal deserved more Europa League? No. was worthy champions Porto.

Which team made the most attractive football after Barca English League?
Madrid, except when playing against Barca.

Who is for you the best team, coach, goalkeeper and player in the world?
Barca, Guardiola, Casillas and Valdes, Messi.

A tip for future journalists.
Willingness to work. Modesty in the early years. Do not focus only on the race, and look for any free collaboration in any environment. Fill in the curriculum of experience, practical knowledge firsthand. Respect those who think like you.

"Nolita. Gel in HAIR, MAGIC FEET. "

At age 24, plays for Barcelona B. Many are so-called big teams that have received. Will he go? Probably. But the Catalans want to stay. Still, until end of season not know the resolution to this enigma.

Manuel Agudo Durán, better known as Nolita, is now in the ranks of the Barça B.
We've seen it done real wonders. Perfect controls, individual moves, magic, real good passing, great goals of missing the top corner leaving the goalkeeper no chance ... and much more.
Nolito, is the player that is perfect individual and yet is continually looking to their peers, respecting the philosophy of play that has the club. Is someone who solves the match on his own. Is one that marked differences among their peers. Is one that returns to lay sod in place if one of his masterful play has been lifted. Nolito is the player who needs the affection of the fans to be at 120%, yes, not 100%, because it is now every game. Nolito
surely leave Barca this season. Little chance that Guardiola gave him to play in the first team. Although probably came estate.
understand not sign a striker, taking the branch Nolito or real pearls as Jonathan Soriano. Is quite incomprehensible. The destination sends him around the world is Portugal, Benfica. For me, there will be wasted. There are many teams that have better players at his side, where he could get more. For me, Benfica is the best place to continue to enjoy their football.
season finale to not know where to go Nolito, who sell a diamond, where we will see a player who would be better off at Barça.
We regret, sure. I like the case of Jonathan Soriano. Cesc We happened to us happen to them.

Victor Valdes. BETWEEN STOPS AND TITLES:

born Víctor Valdés in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat by chance. He said millions of times is in Gava. Where they have become more of a homage, incidentally.
With twelve years settled permanently in La Masia. debuted with the first team on September 1, 2002 against Atletico de Madrid, under the command of Van Gaal. This again sent him to Barca B.
With the arrival of Antic, Valdes returned to the bench in the Nou Camp, although not as a permanent fixture. But everything comes to life. And came. With the great Fran Rickjaard. The Dutch from the outset trusted Valdés and soon pick up with titles showing confidence in Valdés. Victor shone throughout own League, but in the final of the Champions in Paris against Arsenal Wenger.
Valdés began writing his own history. Which over the years continue, so on to be confirmed as the best goalkeeper in the world.
With the advent of Guardiola, Valdés has continued adding collective and individual titles. But also, has starred in magic stops, more than once have been the architects to get both titles. People will gradually yielding to the obvious, Víctor Valdés Arribas it is the best goalkeeper in the world. Casillas is good, but long ago ceased to be above Valdés. Valdés rules in the ocean that is football, the sea of goalkeepers, Valdes is the king of the guardians, Valdés is the best goalkeeper in the world. With its birth in the Llobregat River, was sailing the seas, the Mediterranean first, then reached the Bay of Biscay and the Atlantic Ocean.
began drawing attention, then everyone knew him later, all cheering and finally became the king of the ocean.
This season, in the absence of a single day to be settlement League 2010/2011, Valdés has only 17 goals against, while the next, Casillas is 32. The numbers Valdes scandal. What does this mean? Means that will get its fourth Ricardo Zamora Trophy, the third row. Very few have succeeded. Among them will Valdés. What does that mean? Easy, that belong to a select group, who were probably very great goalkeepers, but none like Valdés. None of them has a hat-trick on his back which was very participatory. That night at Stamford Bridge, when all the Catalans were biting your nails because it did not reach the goal of reaching the final, Drogba himself approached the Barça goal, the goal was almost 'sung' by the fans 'Blues', but Valdes made a double stop prompting the Catalans breathe. And like that, there are examples galore.
Valdés A cost that fans at the Camp Nou will accept and support. In part it is normal, so you know, from what I've seen, what I have heard, the goal of the Nou Camp is not easy to defend. But once they had the support of 'Stadium', not defend removed from the goal to 45. Valdes has brought stability, security and performance. Also, few have achieved this.
face Osasuna at the Nou Camp, No. 400 came into the game wearing the Barça shirt,
will be his fourth Zamora, with the third row. Wrote, write and write more in the history of FC Barcelona, and in his particular.
Madridistas Because although you hurt in your soul, your beloved 'Ghost' has been superseded by other more well, more continuous, more complete, we will, for the better.
The Catalans pray because Valdés avoid injury and continue for a long time in the goal of the Camp Nou, Real Madrid on the contrary.
Rickjaard brought him support, security, ownership and a double. Guardiola
taught to enjoy, to calm, to be even better and many titles.
's book Valdés history of the Pantera L'Hospitalet still no end in sight. At 28, Valdez is in a spectacular way, with an overwhelming safety and quality, which is above any other.
Therefore, Valdes is confirmed as the best goalkeeper in the world. Despite what he says FIFA in their 'Best XI', statistics, securities and stops are there. The 'Best XI' is with Valdés in goal.
